The 2019 FIFA Club World Cup, will be hosted in Qatar between December 11 to 21, 2019.

It will be the 16th edition of the FIFA Club World Cup and a much anticipated sports events in Qatar and worldwide.

The tournament will be held between the winners of the six continental confederations and the host’s league champions.

161 players from 32 different countries will definitely bring the tournament a global feel and touch.

LOCATION

Khalifa International Stadium

One of the main two locations where the games will take place is the Khalifa International Stadium. The stadium’s capacity is around 45,400 people and it has hosted large crowds during the Arabian Gulf Cup.

Khalifa International Stadium is located 11km from the city centre and 18km from the airport.

The best way to access it is by Metro. The Stadium is connected to the Doha Metro Gold Line. The stop is Sports City and is just opposite the venue, making it really easy for fans to access it.

Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium


Officially opened in 1974 and renovated in 2010, Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium is named after the club’s former president. It can host up to 11,918 people.

The Stadium is an approximately 10 min drive from Doha West Bay and fans can order an Uber.

The nearest metro station is Al Sudan. From there, the Stadium is a 5-6 minutes walk.
