2. Walk around MIA Park

Found adjacent to the Museum of Islamic Art, MIA Park is a beautiful, green space that is open 24 hours a day – the ideal place to stroll around and enjoy the mesmerizing views of the Doha skyline. The park features food trucks if you’d like a bite to eat while taking in the spectacular views of Doha’s West Bay.

The Richard Serra Sculpture, also known as ‘7’, is standing at the park's end and is worth visiting. The 80-foot sculpture was unveiled in 2011 to celebrate the spiritual and scientific meaning of the number 7 in Islamic culture.

3. Shopping at Doha Festival City

If you love shopping, there is no better way to spend your weekend than visiting Doha Festival City! Check out Bath and Body Works’ fresh collection of body lotions, candles, and soaps in the most delicious fragrances and stock up; there’s a discount on too!

If you are up for refreshing your wardrobe for the new season, visit Abercrombie & Fitch to shop their new denim collection.

4. An evening at the movies

Spend an evening at the movies this weekend to relax and unwind after a long week. We suggest watching ‘Greenland,’ a new action film starring Gerard Butler about a family struggling to survive amid a cataclysmic natural disaster. Check out Flik Cinemas and Vox!
