3 Reasons Why You Should Visit The Farmer’s Market

The fourth edition of Mahaseel (Farmer’s Market) is taking place at Katara Cultural Village every Thursday, Friday and Saturday until March 31, from 9am to 9pm.

We strongly suggest that you pay a visit!

Here is why:

  1. The market is a paradise for fresh vegetables. You will find almost everything; peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchinis, potatoes, eggplants and more. They’re all so fresh and very reasonably priced.
  2. You will also find a wide range of local products, such as eggs, honey, dates, pesto sauce, marmalades, chicken. Give them a try!
  3. If you want to add beautiful plants in your house, then this is the place to go. You’ll find various indoor and outdoor plants, along with the necessary equipment.

Mahaseel, which means ‘Harvest’ in Arabic, aims to support and promote the local agricultural sector and all the farm goods Qatar has to offer.

Location

The market is at Katara beach, exactly opposite St. Regis Hotel.
